Can you set my booth up for me?

If you would like someone to set up your booth for you, and add your products, we can help (time permitting). This add-on service is not part of your vendor booth fee. Additional fees are required for booth set up.

If you are just looking for help to learn how to set up your own booth, we have lots of information available to assist you. If you are an approved vendor and do not have the vendor booth set up help files, please contact us.

If you need someone to set up your booth for you ready for the show contact us via the request for quote form (link below) and we will get back to you as soon as possible with a free, no obligation quote based on your needs. Please note that this is a time sensitive request. Requests for this service should be made no later than 8 days prior to a show.

Please note that booth set up services can not be completed without receipt of your product details. The information you must provide in order for us to be able to set up your booth is as follows:

  • Product name
  • Product Description
  • Product Category
  • At least one image for each product. (Photos must be named in a manner that indicates which product it belongs with).
  • Product Type (Simple product, sold individually, or variable product i.e. an item available in various colour options).
    • If Variable – list each variable option (such as Colour or fragrance etc). Icluding quantity of variations. Include variation price if different than parent product.
  • Product Price
  • Tax status (taxable/non taxable).
  • Product Quantity
  • Shipping fee (You may set store-wide shipping but you can override shipping on each individual product if you need to).

If you also need your basic information added for your store (booth) we will need the following additional information:

  • Booth/Store Name (your business name if you have one).
  • Store description
  • Phone
  • Address
  • Email
  • Your PayPal or eTransfer address for payout after the show.
  • Store banner (you can use one of ours if you wish)
  • Store logo
  • Sore shipping (if you do not wish to set shipping for each individual item)
  • Social media links (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
  • Shop policies
    • Terms and Conditions
    • Shipping Policy
    • Return Policy.

Before you shop...

Many of our makers offer one-of-a-kind products, therefore items placed in your shopping cart are held for only 30 minutes. To keep track of all the items you love, we suggest using the WISH LIST feature. Then when you are ready to checkout, you can add the items you wish to purchase from your list into your cart. If you create an account, your WISH LIST will be saved indefinitely, otherwise it will be kept for a few hours.

If you have questions, you can contact the maker(s) directly through their individual booths. If you have site related or technical questions, look for the ‘contact us’ link at the bottom of every page.

LOCAL PICK UP: If you are located in Nova Scotia and able to pick up your order from Dartmouth, you can take advantage of buying from as many makers as you wish, all with just one easy checkout process, and select the free local pick up option on checkout. After the show we will gather your order from the makers. Once we have your complete order we will contact you to arrange a pick up appointment.
