Description
“My heart is a flower that blooms every hour.
I believe in the power of love”
-Amos Lee-
Original Pen and Ink drawing of a ribcage with a flower as the heart, originally on a vintage (1910) book page of Beginner’s Botany. First photo is of original; in the prints, the edge has been cleaned up, as seen in the subsequent photos. Perfect gift idea for the nurse, doctor, biomedical engineer, or anatomy lover in your life, or as decor in an office or clinic.
This listing is for the unframed print of this piece. All inkwork is originally done by hand directly onto the vintage book page, and then reproduced as archival quality prints in easily framed sizes of 5×7 and 8×10. Prints are high quality, and printed in Halifax, Nova Scotia, approximately 600m from my front door in the north end of the peninsula.
